With over a decade of deal making in the financial services industry and a talent for creating extremely profitable deals for his clients, the founder of Lumen Financial, Mr. Uzo O. Chima has become the go-to advisor to entrepreneurs, corporations and government entities in the know, shedding light on new ways to help clients reach their highest potential and top of industry status.

After graduating from Oxbridge College with studies in Economics and Mathematics, Mr. Chima joined Broad and Company Limited in London England and quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Managing Director in company’s history heading their international finance division. When the company was acquired in 1994, Mr. Chima joined Morgan Stanley where he was instrumental in working on the privatization of the Republic of Poland’s state owned 6 billion dollar Telecom Company. Since then, he has worked at institutions such as Global Capital Partners, Wachovia Bank and SunTrust Bank. Mr. Chima has advised numerous governments, corporations and high net-worth individuals, with deals in excess of 1 billion dollars and rising, he has become one of the preeminent names in the financial industry. He has been frequently quoted by and appears on various media outlets including, NBC, ABC and the FOX affiliates, the Baltimore Business Journal, the Smart CEO magazine and has won awards for the fastest growing privately held companies. Mr. Chima serves on various boards and investment committees of corporations worldwide. He is married with three children and resides in Finksburg Maryland.
